2. Reservation and Booking

Yanji Korean BBQ operates a table reservation system to ensure the best dining experience for our guests.

Reservations can be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
A valid phone number is required for all reservations.
Reservations are confirmed subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at our discretion.
Customers are expected to arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation time. Tables may be reassigned if you are more than 15 minutes late.

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the reservation time.
Modifications to existing reservations may be made subject to availability.
No-shows without cancellation may result in being unable to make future reservations.
We reserve the right to implement cancellation fees for repeat no-shows.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP).
A 12.5% service charge will be added to all bills.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment methods accepted will be confirmed at your reservation.

5. Restaurant Conduct

All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully within our restaurant. We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who:

Are abusive or disruptive to other guests or staff.
Violate any laws or regulations.
Damage restaurant property.
Pose a safety risk to others.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yanji Korean BBQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to booking errors, service interruptions, or food-related issues.

7. Allergy and Dietary Information

While we take allergies and dietary restrictions seriously, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in our restaurant. Please inform staff of any allergies when ordering. Customers with severe allergies assume responsibility for verifying ingredients.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Yanji Korean BBQ or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
